Founders
George Bukhov-Weinstein and Ilya Demichev, longtime friends and business partners, have dedicated their careers to hospitality, carving out a distinctive niche in London's dining scene. Since launching Goodman in Mayfair in 2008, the duo has built a leading hospitality venture – Wild Group – encompassing nine unique brands, including Beast, Wild Tavern, Belvedere, Wild Izakaya, and Pinna.
